What Is the Order?
Genesys International has secured a major ₹283 crore contract to deploy its 3D Digital Twin and Spatial Intelligence Platform in Ahmedabad. This World Bank-funded project, part of the Gujarat Resilient Cities Partnership, focuses on creating a high-precision Geographic Information System (GIS) covering 625 square kilometers. The initiative will digitally map 25 lakh properties, assigning unique digital identities to each.
Beyond surface mapping, the project includes a detailed survey of underground infrastructure, including water supply, sewerage, and drainage networks, integrating all data into a central GIS database for enhanced municipal coordination.
