What Is the Partnership?
GACM Technologies has entered into a strategic business arrangement through a Memorandum of Understanding with AIML Cloud Global Technologies. Under this agreement, AIML is appointed as the exclusive distributor for FIRM TALK, an enterprise resource planning software designed for diverse business applications. The partnership is structured for a 24-month term starting September 24, 2026.
The commercial terms include an equal 50:50 split of the gross revenue generated, with a minimum guaranteed sale commitment of ₹15 crore over the two-year period. This ensures a baseline revenue stream for GACM as it scales its software division.
Operational Roles and IP Rights
- AIML Cloud Global takes charge of marketing, promotion, sales, and distribution activities
- GACM remains responsible for product installation, implementation, and onboarding
- Continuous technical support, user training, and bug fixes will be handled by GACM
- Distribution costs are borne by AIML while GACM covers installation and support costs
- The MOU explicitly states no transfer of ownership or Intellectual Property Rights to the partner
Strategic Significance
The tie-up represents a pivotal shift for GACM Technologies as it transitions from its legacy in financial services and algorithmic trading towards a software-driven consultancy model. By leveraging AIML Cloud Global's distribution network, GACM aims to expand the market reach of its proprietary ERP solution. This move follows other recent high-value mandates, including a ₹25 crore technology development engagement for an AI-powered insurance platform.
The ₹15 crore minimum guarantee is substantial when viewed against the company's TTM revenue of ₹19.67 crore, reflecting a clear path toward diversifying revenue streams.
Business and Financial Context
Formerly known as Stampede Capital, GACM Technologies has rebranded and restructured to focus on digital innovation and consultancy. The company maintains a lean operational structure and has recently approved international expansion through a UK-based subsidiary. Financed through a recent capital raise that saw foreign institutional investor holding rise to over 31 percent, GACM is positioning itself as a technology-first enterprise.
The FIRM TALK ERP product is a central pillar of this new strategy, designed to cater to the growing demand for digital transformation among small and medium enterprises.
