What Is the Partnership?
OLX India, a division of CarTrade Tech, and Landmark Cars have established a strategic alliance to bridge the gap between digital discovery and physical fulfillment in the pre-owned car segment. The collaboration introduces a phygital model where OLX India manages end-to-end online engagement while Landmark physical outlets serve as Experience Centres for inspections, test drives, and handovers. Transactions will operate on a revenue-sharing basis under a co-branded proposition.
The rollout begins in select key cities before expanding pan-India, aiming to streamline the fragmented journey of buying or selling used vehicles through integrated financing and registration services.

What It Unlocks
This tie-up addresses the trust deficit prevalent in the pre-owned car market by combining OLX technological capabilities with Landmark physical assurance. OLX India will deploy its proprietary VAYA AI to provide pricing intelligence, market insights, and car condition intelligence, while Landmark contributes decades of dealership expertise and after-sales capabilities. By integrating these strengths, the platform offers a unified consumer journey including quality certification, warranty support, and registration transfer.
This synergy allows CarTrade Tech to deepen its offline footprint without heavy capital expenditure, leveraging Landmark established dealership network to drive high-intent digital traffic to physical points of sale.
Financial Context
CarTrade Tech maintains a strong financial profile with a TTM Net Profit of 231.37 crore and a Piotroski Score of 8, indicating robust operational health. With a 1-year stock return of 25.64 percent, the company currently trades at a P/E of 63.07x, compared to a sector P/E of 68.66x.
