Execution and Technical Scope
- Design: Assessment of existing AI workloads and development of high-level architecture
- Build: Deployment of GPU compute clusters and Kubernetes-based orchestration environments
- Security: Implementation of network segmentation, encryption, and disaster recovery protocols
- Service Levels: Guaranteed 99.5% infrastructure availability and 15-minute critical alert times

Strategic Leadership Perspective
AI is moving out of the lab and into production, and that move runs on infrastructure. Winning this mandate from IBM Cloud within three months of GIX joining Blue Cloud shows that our US platform can compete for, and deliver, the most demanding AI infrastructure work.
Financial Context and Market Position
Blue Cloud Softech reported consolidated revenue of ₹1,001.9 crore for the 2025-26 fiscal year, marking a 25.69% YoY increase. The company currently maintains a Trendlyne Durability Score of 65 and a Valuation Score of 54. Its TTM net profit stands at ₹64.06 crore, while the stock trades at a TTM P/E of 23.57x, which is lower than the industry average of 40.1x.
The acquisition of Global Impx in June 2026 has served as a catalyst for growth in the US market, which is now the company's largest geographical segment for AI infrastructure services.
