Project Scope and Technicals
The order awarded by TGREDCO entails the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of on-grid solar rooftop PV power plants. These systems will be deployed in 2kW, 5kW, and 10kW configurations to suit the specific needs of various educational institutions. A significant technical feature of this project is the use of Mono PERC and TOPCON solar modules, which offer superior energy conversion efficiency.
Furthermore, the installation will include a Remote Monitoring System (RMS) across all 33 districts of Telangana to ensure real-time performance tracking and data management for the state-wide network.
Execution and Maintenance Terms
- The entire installation phase is mandated for completion within 180 days of the work order
- Comprehensive maintenance services are guaranteed for a period of five years post-commissioning
- The project covers 9,937 schools, providing a broad geographical presence across Telangana
- Normal structures will be utilized for the mounting of PV modules across school rooftops
- The total quoted value excluding GST stands at ₹273.19 crore
