The Automotive Components segment remained the primary growth engine, contributing ₹1,446.02 crore to the top line, while the Industrial Components segment accounted for ₹264.93 crore. This expansion was accompanied by a sequential revenue increase of 14.8% from the June 2026 quarter.

Capital Strengthening and Debt Reduction
The quarter saw a substantial strengthening of the company's financial position through a Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) and preferential allotment of shares. These actions led to the paid-up equity capital increasing from ₹24.43 crore to ₹26.86 crore. The proceeds from these infusions, which totaled approximately ₹430 crore, were primarily utilized for the repayment of existing debt.
Reflecting this improved credit profile and a healthy order book, ICRA upgraded the company's long-term credit ratings to [ICRA]A+ (Stable) on October 23, 2026. This capital raise has significantly improved the company's DVM durability score, which currently stands at 85.
