Strategic Exclusive Partnership

QMS Medical Allied Services has entered into a definitive agreement with German-based HEINE Optotechnik, a global leader in primary diagnostic instruments. Under this contract, QMS will serve as the sole distributor for HEINE across India for a period of five years, beginning January 1, 2027. The agreement prevents HEINE from appointing any other distributor, dealer, or commercial partner in the region.

This collaboration covers a comprehensive product range, including instruments for general medicine, ENT, dermatology, and veterinary diagnostics, alongside power sources and digital documentation systems. The deal was formalized at HEINE's headquarters in Gilching, Germany.

Revenue Projections and Growth Impact

The partnership is poised to act as a significant growth catalyst for QMS's product vertical. HEINE’s net revenues from the Indian market for calendar year 2026 are anticipated to be approximately 2.6 million Euros, equivalent to roughly Rs. 30 crore.

Through its pan-India distribution network, QMS expects to scale this turnover to Rs. 70 crore by 2031. This expansion is a key component of the company's objective to surpass the Rs.

500 crore revenue milestone by FY29. The collaboration allows QMS to leverage its existing relationships with over 50 pharmaceutical companies and a patient reach exceeding 10 lakh individuals.
