of saleable residential space. Embassy is differentiating itself through 'Natural Intelligence'—prioritizing ecological preservation over traditional artificial landscaping. To drive sales, the company has launched an immersive experience center using projection mapping and scent-based digital tools to simulate the living environment for potential buyers, moving away from conventional show suites.
Strategic Fit
This launch reinforces Embassy Developments' presence in its core Bengaluru market, specifically targeting the premium and luxury segments which have seen robust demand. The project aligns with the company's transition from Equinox India Developments Limited to its current identity, leveraging the Embassy Group's three-decade track record in the commercial and residential sectors. By focusing on North Bengaluru, near the future Embassy Innovation Park and existing institutional landmarks like Stonehill International School, the company is building an integrated ecosystem.
This high-GDV project is central to the company's strategy to balance its portfolio across mid-income and uber-luxury segments.
Financial Context
Embassy Developments currently operates with a market capitalization of ₹7,687.42 crore and a TTM operating revenue of ₹1,264.73 crore. Management Vision
The world is racing towards artificial intelligence. Embassy Origins is our bet on the natural kind. Rather than imposing a design on the land, we let the site's own water systems, contours and mature tree cover shape the community.
