Management Upgrades Growth Guidance

We are pleased to report our best-ever results with a quarterly revenue crossing 200 crores milestone for the first time ever. This achievement reflects sustained growth momentum across all our verticals and supported by strong demand for our core products and increasing traction in the liquid cooling vertical.

— Asad Daud, Managing Director, Aeroflex Industries Limited

₹202 Crore Expansion and Efficiency Plans

Following the strong demand visibility, management has upgraded its FY27 full-year revenue growth guidance to 60%, a sharp increase from the 35% guided earlier in May 2026. To support this growth, the company announced a ₹202 crore capital expenditure plan. This investment will increase stainless steel flexible flow solution capacity to 30 million meters per annum and double liquid cooling skid capacity to 30,000 units by March 2028.

Furthermore, the merger of subsidiary Hy-Lok Engineering is expected to reduce administrative costs and streamline corporate structure, positioning the company to reach a revenue target of ₹1,500 crore by FY30.
