Sammaan Capital allotted 8,68,92,966 equity shares at Rs.139 each to promoter Avenir Investment on conversion of Tranche I warrants, worth about Rs.1,207.81 Crore. The allotment lifts the promoter's stake to 33.32%.
Embassy DevelopmentsAlfa Alert
Embassy Developments allotted 93,18,900 equity shares to promoter group entity Embassy Property Developments on warrant conversion. The company received balance consideration of about Rs.77.94 Crore, completing the conversion.
Grasim IndustriesAlfa Alert
Grasim Industries' subsidiary ABReN received CCI approval to acquire 100% of Solenergi Power from Shell Overseas. The approval clears a regulatory condition for the deal announced on 13 July 2026.
360 One WamAlfa Alert
360 One Wam's subsidiary 360 ONE Distribution Services received an IFSCA Certificate of Registration for its IFSC branch. The licence authorises it to act as broker dealer, clearing member, depository participant, research entity and distributor.
Waaree Renewable TechnologiesAlfa Alert
Waaree Renewable Technologies ceased to be a subsidiary of Waaree Energies from 30 October 2026, after transferring its entire stake in Waaree Green Data Centers to its parent. It also received an EPC Letter of Award for a 200 MW / 500 MWh battery storage project, with completion scheduled for FY2027-28.
Jain Irrigation SystemsAlfa Alert
Jain Irrigation Systems signed a carbon removal credit agreement with Supercritical Tech for up to 19,000 tonnes of biochar credits covering 2026 and 2027. The consideration was not disclosed.
Oriental AromaticsAlfa Alert
Oriental Aromatics entered a non-exclusive strategic, manufacturing and technical arrangement with Unilever Industries. No monetary consideration or specific contract value was disclosed.
Som Distilleries & BreweriesAlfa Alert
Som Distilleries received manufacturing licences for its Bhopal plant from the Madhya Pradesh Excise Department, along with product label and rate approvals. Manufacturing and sales are expected to resume soon.
CESC
CESC revised the completion timeline for its acquisition of six ReNew renewable entities to November 21, 2026. The deal covers 1.4 GWp capacity at Rs 4,859 crore enterprise value.
NCC
NCC won eight orders worth Rs 1,862.45 Crore in October 2026 across Water, Buildings and Transportation. This excludes the earlier Rs 1,286.03 Crore major order.
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri promoters and promoter-group entities sold their stakes off-market worth about ₹1,033.71 Crore, and promoter holdings fall to zero across all six disclosed entities. The company also appointed two Managing Directors and a Dy. CEO, while three executive directors resigned following a change in control.
Marathon Nextgen Realty
Marathon Nextgen Realty acquires an extra 60% stake in its JV Swayam Realtors and Traders LLP. Consideration totals up to Rs. 335 crore, including Rs. 135 crore cash.
Nazara Technologies
Nazara Technologies paid a USD 77 million second tranche, about ₹731.50 Crore, for Bluetile and Bestplay. The balance consideration will be discharged later as per the Amended SPA.
