A Rare Ruby Port Cask Expression for the 2026 Festive Season

The Indri Diwali Collector’s Edition 2026 is the fourth release in the company’s annual festive series, crafted from six-row barley and distilled in traditional copper pot stills. This specific expression is matured in hand-selected Ruby Port wine casks from Portugal, creating a profile of black cherries, wild berries, and ripe plums. Following the success of the 2023 edition, which was named the Best Whisky in the World, this 2026 release has already secured early international accolades including Gold at the World Whisky Masters and the New York World Spirits Competition.

The domestic release is restricted to just 600 individually numbered bottles, emphasizing its rarity in the Indian luxury single malt segment.

Growth Trajectory in the Alco-Bev Segment

While Piccadily Agro operates in the sugar industry, its alco-bev segment is a primary growth engine. The company reported a net profit of ₹21.44 crore for the quarter ended June 2026, a 16.3% increase compared to the same period last year. Management has guided for a 60% to 70% annual revenue growth in the branded alco-bev segment for FY27, with the second half of the year expected to generate up to 65% of full-year revenue.

This growth is supported by the commercial production at the new 200 KLPD greenfield distillery in Chhattisgarh, which commenced in December 2025, enabling the brand to scale its premium offerings both domestically and globally.
